BoltBus Northeast service has been temporarily suspended effective 4/4/2020. We are automatically refunding unused BoltBus tickets that were impacted
by this change. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

BoltBus Northwest service: We understand there are situations where customers are currently unable to travel due to a site closure or a cancellation of an event.
In these situations, if your purchase and travel dates are included in our Peace of Mind Policy, we are offering the ability to cancel
your trip without a fee and we will give you an eVoucher for the value of the ticket that can be used for up to a year.

To request a trip eVoucher in exchange for your cancelled ticket, provide the confirmation number and the details below.

Once completed we will email you with the details of your eVoucher. The eVoucher can only be used when purchasing
a ticket via our call center and is valid on either BoltBus or Greyhound travel .

Please note, we are experiencing an extremely high demand currently so please do not call to check on your request as it may further delay our response.
